Regional flavours tantalise the taste buds whatever the occasion, a candlelight dinner, a family meal or a feast with good friends.


The owner, Francis DE NAEYER, assisted by his son, Jérôme, place the emphasis on local produce in the food they prepare. To renew the link with the past of the Vannes de Conques, where eels and crayfish were caught until the 1950s, the Prieuré offers delicious " L'Anguille au Vert " and " Les Ecrevisses à la Bordelaise ".


Taking advantage of the freshness provided by its own fish ponds, another fish speciality is " La Truite Sauvage 'Fario' au Bleu " caught on request.

The Chef also has a wide selection of game from the surrounding forests, and when it comes to wine, the vaulted cellars of the Prieuré house more than 250 vintages from every region in France, which become more noble with each passing year.
